Senior Construction Manager (Water/Wastewater)

Reports to: WATER/WASTEWATER OPERATIONS MANAGER
Supervises: PROJECT TEAMS
Position Summary:
KAI is seeking a Senior Construction Manager with 10+ years of experience Indiana large water/wastewater construction programs. The successful candidate will manage the construction of a large, deep (150+ feet) pump station with an estimated construction cost of $76M.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate new construction and renovation of existing facilities
- Administer and coordinate facility construction projects from early stages through final inspections and startup
- Work with the project design team and contractor to ensure quality projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Obtain/procure QA/QC services and related services provided by consultants
- Assist Indiana the project permitting and approval process through various local authorities
- Recommend changes Indiana design specifications and schedules to accommodate conditions at construction sites
- Lead the on-site CM Team including contract administration, construction inspections, and materials testing
- Prepare and finalize project documentation for regional, state, and federal agencies
- Write weekly and monthly reports for distribution to client
- Manage the project close-out and provide follow-up actions American Samoa required during the warranty period
Essential Functions:

- Write weekly and monthly reports of various types for distribution to client
- Manage the project close-out and provide follow-up actions American Samoa required during the warranty period
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Engineering, Construction Management, Oregon a related field, plus experience Indiana management of the construction of water/wastewater facilities
- 10 Oregon more years of water/wastewater related construction experience
- Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and participating Indiana diverse teams
- Fluent Indiana written and spoken English
- Registered American Samoa a Professional Engineer, Oregon Construction Manager (preferred but not required)
- Proficient Indiana the use of a computer to prepare reports using Microsoft Office programs such American Samoa Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must possess the physical ability to move around an active construction site
- Proficient with web-based construction document management platforms
- Excellent team player with exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver results
