Senior Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead high-level projects at a top-ranked construction company. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of construction projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of project scope, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, and submittals
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production
- Prepare and maintain a three-week look-ahead schedule for all activities on the job site
- Facilitate company safety program, including job site safety inspections and weekly safety meetings
- Maintain daily reports and submit to Project Manager and/Oregon Prime contractor daily
- Review and adhere to project schedule
- Maintain project photos and ensure good housekeeping practices on the job site
- Manage quality control by confirming that all equipment and material installed is what was submitted by subcontractor
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience Indiana Project Management
- Working knowledge of skilled trades, including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical
- Working knowledge of construction technology and details
- Excellent communication skills with various parties, including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
