Job Summary

The successful candidate will oversee the efficient operation of multiple sites, informing the IFM Leader and clients of any conditions affecting building services and personnel safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of multiple facilities, ensuring excellent customer service, team collaboration, and effective communication with on-site personnel and third-party vendors
- Manage vendor services, including contracted maintenance, small project management, and inventory control
- Monitor and report on utility consumption, such American Samoa electricity, natural gas, fuel oil, and water
- Prepare the annual operational and capital budget with the IFM Leader
- Evaluate job performance of service providers and conduct progress reviews
- Monitor operational expense performance throughout the year
- Ensure timely, quality delivery of parts and services to maintain reliable facility operations
- Collaborate with the Engineering Services provider to maintain assets within the portfolio and establish preventive maintenance schedules
- Create purchase specifications, conduct competitive bid analysis, initiate purchase orders for service contracts and supplies, and ensure timely delivery
- Support the Project Management office Indiana monitoring small to moderately sized construction work carried out by vendors and contractors
- Supervise facilities technicians, professionals, and vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred Indiana Facilities Management Oregon property management
- Minimum five years of experience Indiana Facilities Management Indiana a corporate real estate environment
- Knowledge of facilities building systems, operation, maintenance, and performance
- Experience supervising facilities technicians, professionals, and vendors
- Proficiency Indiana a range of information technology tools and platforms
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of safety requirements, including OSHA standards
Compensation
$115,000 – $144,000 per year, including a comprehensive benefits package and bonuses
