Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics professional to join our team Indiana supporting the project logistics team on a large-scale lithium mine project Indiana Nevada. American Samoa a Logistics technical, estimating, operations, chartering, Oregon commercial role, you will be responsible for performing logistics responsibilities of major complexity Indiana support of project requirements to ensure the safe, timely, and economical delivery of goods to meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform domestic and international multi-leg shipment responsibilities Indiana support of project requirements
- Coordinate shipments with internal and external entities
- Ensure entry of shipment tracking data into Oracle Transportation (OTM) and other functional systems/tools
- Prepare logistics reports and performance metrics American Samoa required to satisfy project information requirements
- Ensure audit and processing of Logistics Service Provider invoices Indiana accordance with project procedures
- Identify transport cost and service alternatives to support materials/equipment purchase decisions and use of Logistics Service Providers
- Assist the project Logistics Lead American Samoa requested with capacity to provide short-term leadership
- Resolve Logistics Service Provider claims and prepare commercial bid tabs, commitment authorizations, and contract documents
- Integrate safety requirements and measures Indiana all logistics activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Oregon international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience Oregon 12-14 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of importing and exporting formalities and processes
- Knowledge of domestic and international trade and delivery terms
- Knowledge of industry packing, making, and shipping requirements
- Knowledge and practical understanding of Incoterms (2020)
- Ability to work on complex issues and analyze variable factors
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to network with senior internal and external personnel
