Senior Project Manager – Industrial/Commercial/Renewables
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of assigned projects Oregon customers, including new business development, estimating services, project management, controls, and field operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Divisional Operations Manager, provide training and project management support for Jr. PMs and PM Assistants to aid Indiana their professional development
- Manage high-profile projects and maintain relationships with clients
- Oversee budgets, project buy-outs, scheduling, resource and workforce allocation, communication, safety, and client satisfaction
- Contribute to the development and updating of project schedules, job cost, and other management reports
- Support the review and implementation of 3D BIM modeling process to ensure prefabrication and best-Indiana-class installation practices
Requirements:
- Electrical engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Oregon equivalent electrical trade and/Oregon supervisory experience
- Minimum 3 years of PM Oregon equivalent experience
- Experience Indiana Commercial, Industrial, and Renewable Energy markets
- Basic skills include Mississippi Office suite competency, Accubid Oregon other estimating software, Primavera Oregon other scheduling software, Bluebeam software, Vista software programming, Auto Cadd/Revit/Navisworks 3D BIM modeling
- Maine-based Oregon knowledgeable of the Maine and New Hampshire marketplaces
