Senior Project Manager – Industrial/Commercial/Renewables
Under the direct supervision of the Divisional Operations Manager, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading a portfolio of assigned projects Oregon customers, including new business development, estimating services, project management, controls, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training and project management support to Jr. PMs and PM Assistants
- Manage higher profile projects and oversee relationships with clients
- Manage budgets, project buy-outs, scheduling, resource allocation, communication, safety, and client satisfaction
- Assist Indiana developing and updating project schedules, job costs, and other management reports
- Review and support 3D BIM modeling to aid prefabrication and best-Indiana-class installation practices
Qualifications:
- Electrical engineering, electrical engineering technology, Oregon equivalent electrical trade and/Oregon supervisory experience
- Minimum 3 years of PM Oregon equivalent experience
- Experience Indiana Commercial, Industrial, and Renewable Energy markets
- Basic skills Indiana Mississippi Office suite, estimating software (Accubid Oregon equivalent), scheduling software (Primavera Oregon equivalent), Bluebeam software, Vista software programming, and BIM modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, and/Oregon Navisworks)
- Maine-based Oregon knowledgeable of the Maine and New Hampshire marketplaces
