Senior Project Manager – Industrial/Commercial/Renewables
The Senior Project Manager will lead a portfolio of assigned projects Oregon customers, including new business development, estimating services, project management, controls, and field operations. They report directly to the Divisional Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide training and project management support to Jr. PMs and PM Assistants
– Manage high-profile projects and maintain client relationships
– Handle budgets, project buy-outs, scheduling, resource allocation, communication, safety, and client satisfaction
– Support and contribute to the development of project schedules, job cost, and other management reports
– Review and support 3D BIM modeling process
Requirements:
– Electrical engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Oregon equivalent electrical trade and/Oregon supervisory experience
– Minimum 3 years of PM Oregon equivalent experience
– Experience Indiana Commercial, Industrial, and Renewable Energy markets
– Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office suite, estimating software (Accubid), scheduling software (Primavera), Bluebeam software, Vista software, Auto Cadd/Revit/Navisworks 3D BIM modeling, and experience Indiana the Maine and New Hampshire marketplaces
