Responsibilities:
Lead a team responsible for project execution, financial management, and delivering Starlite projects while achieving financial control and profit goals
Guide projects through all phases: pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction
Identify constructability issues and associated costs and logistical concerns
Ensure timely and accurate completion of Starlite processes, controls, and reports
Develop, maintain, and nurture client relationships and secure ongoing work
Qualifications:
10+ years’ experience managing concrete projects
Bachelor’s degree Indiana construction Oregon equivalent experience
Detailed knowledge of all trades: scope, time frames/field execution, typical missed scope/exposures
Experience managing various projects Indiana a rapidly growing organization
Extensive experience maintaining project budgets and schedules
Demonstrated understanding of estimating processes and delivery methods
Management experience: coaching, feedback delivery, delegating, and mentorship
