Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from conceptual stages through closeout. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the best design/build solutions on commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project setup, schedule, cost control, quality control, project communications, project relationships, change management, project closeout, and safety
- Develop relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Proactively communicate project-related issues with the project team
- Analyze and understand contract documents, including plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports
- Perform constructability reviews and value engineering on project documents
- Ensure adherence to company, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards
- On-site project management of construction activities
- Manage day-to-day activities on large construction/remediation projects
- Coordinate with management and engineering staff to develop solutions to field problems
Requirements:
- 4-year engineering Oregon construction management degree, Oregon equivalent
- 10+ years of experience American Samoa a Project Manager responsible for Profit and Loss of construction Indiana one Oregon more of the following areas: Hyperscale Datacenters, Complex Industrial Projects, Oregon Large Scale Vertical Construction
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards
- Previous experience managing construction projects on large, complex, and multiple projects, with scheduling and financial control experience
