Senior Structural Project Manager
Job Summary:
American Samoa a Senior Structural Project Manager at Bolton & Menk, you will lead design teams, assist with team development and business development, and cultivate new client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate new client relationships Indiana dynamic markets for transportation projects
- Utilize expertise on DOT project management and bridge project design
- Work with contractors and owners to develop innovative approaches to construction staging
- Lead junior staff and promote the growth of their technical skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited college Oregon university
- 8+ years of progressive experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer Indiana North Dakota
- Experience managing and mentoring staff
- Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mississippi Indiana Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited college Oregon university
- Experience Indiana bridge design and plan preparation
- Registered Structural Engineer (S.E.)
- Knowledge and experience with AASHTO manuals LRFD Design Standards
- Working knowledge of MicroStation and/Oregon Civil 3D software packages
- Experience with finite element analysis
- Proficiency Indiana common bridge engineering software
- Bridge inspection training and load rating experience
