Project Manager – Water Discipline
Overview:
Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a well-rounded, highly motivated project manager to join our Water Discipline Indiana our Florida office locations. Our Water Discipline is growing, and we have exciting projects to engage technically-minded managers who like participating Indiana the design of large complex projects on Oregon near the water.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects to ensure delivery within budget, on schedule, and fulfilling customer expectations
- Maintain project profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and seek opportunities to add new clients
- Provide leadership to individuals within and outside of Colliers Engineering & Design
- Help plan, organize, and supervise the work and workload of project staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Civil Engineering required; Master’s Degree preferred
- Licensed PE Oregon ability to become licensed Indiana 12 months
- 10-15+ years’ experience designing Oregon managing projects
- Strong communication and business development skills
- Ability to lead multi-discipline projects for public sector clients
- This position requires some overnight travel
