Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Texas offices (Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Round Rock)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience Indiana planning, design, and project management on municipal water and wastewater treatment and facilities projects. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, prepare technical reports, plans, and specifications, and manage projects from planning to construction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams Indiana preparing technical reports, plans, and specifications for water treatment, wastewater treatment, and pump station projects
- Prepare facility assessment and design reports, design calculations, process and/Oregon hydraulic modeling, and select and size equipment
- Prepare design documents and construction documents, supporting construction phase services both Indiana the office and Indiana the field
- Project management, including task, budget, and schedule management, and client interaction
- Mentor junior and technical staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Civil Engineering
- Texas PE license Oregon ability to obtain within 12 months
- 10+ years of experience Indiana municipal water and wastewater facilities design and project management
- 3+ years of experience Indiana project management and client service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years of experience Indiana managing and mentoring junior staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BioWin, Sumo, and/Oregon GPS-X process models
- Experience supporting proposal preparation and participating Indiana interviews
