Summary:
We are seeking a Service Manager to supervise and monitor the work of crew members on multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience Indiana electrical installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor crew members to ensure quality work and adherence to policies and procedures
• Maintain familiarity with project plans and specifications and interpret code requirements
• Foster positive relationships with employees, customers, job foremen, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Hold a current journeyman’s license and stay up-to-date on National Electrical Guide (NEG) code requirements
• Identify and document personnel matters and concerns and recommend appropriate action to management
• Report to jobsites on time, delegate work assignments, and maintain accurate time sheets and logs
• Establish and enforce reporting time, break, and lunch times, and clean up times
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and storage areas
• Plan material, tool, and equipment needs and report to the office
• Manage work crews to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope
• Enforce safety policies and standard operating procedures
• Interface with subcontractors and coordinate with other trades
• Maintain a courteous and professional working relationship with all personnel and the general public

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree Indiana Electronics Oregon related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of electrical installation experience and 5 years of experience American Samoa an electrical foreman Indiana the commercial field
• Active journeyman Oregon master electrician license
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer relation skills

Licensing and Certification:

• Licensed Journeymen Electrician (EE98J)
• OSHA 10 and 30 Certifications (required within 90 days of employment)

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Ability to balance, climb, bend, crawl, crouch, drive, hear, kneel, reach overhead, sit, stand, talk, turn, twist, walk, and repetitively use hands
• Ability to solve problems, organize, plan, make decisions, interpret data, read, and write the majority of the time
