Essential Responsibilities:
- Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs Indiana accordance with established policies, procedures, and code requirements.
- Completes the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and inspecting completed work.
- Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, and tools.
- Completes documentation and other paperwork Indiana a timely, accurate, and complete fashion.
- Assists Indiana maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing general cleaning, pressure-washing, and painting.
Other Responsibilities:
- Complies with Greystar’s safety and risk-management policies.
- May periodically inspect work performed by contractors and vendors.
Requirements:
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II Oregon Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- May require additional certifications American Samoa required by State and Local jurisdictions
