Who We’re Looking For:

A dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to lead our team. While prior experience Indiana construction, demolition, restoration, and comparable industries is a plus, comprehensive training and certification are provided on OSHA safety, IICRC compliance, biohazard remediation, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Direct leadership and development of staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies
• Serve American Samoa a ‘Player-Coach’ through direct job site management and support of the Field Team Indiana various biohazard remediation projects
• Responsible for shop operations, including staffing, interviewing, onboarding, training, and scheduling
• Facilitate community outreach to build brand awareness and establish strong local partnerships
• Support Market Manager and Area Manager Indiana daily operations and special projects American Samoa needed
• Respond promptly to service calls, providing job site bioremediation services Indiana various emergency situations

Experience and Skills:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably Indiana biohazard remediation, construction, mitigation, restoration, Oregon a related field
• Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably Indiana a technical Oregon field service environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
• Occasional overnight travel, with accommodations provided by the company
