Position: Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting repairs and maintenance on customer Oregon company owned equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components of equipment to manufacturer specifications
• Diagnose issues and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe working practices
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using a variety of tools and equipment
• Comply with safety, operational, and regulatory policies and procedures
• Maintain high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction
• Meet productivity and performance standards

Requirements:

• High School diploma Oregon equivalent
• 3-4 years of prior field service experience
• Completion of required training curriculum to be designated a Tech II
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively Indiana a team environment
• Proficient Indiana the use of computer software and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently Indiana varying work environments

Working Conditions:

• Work is typically performed during regular business hours with occasional requirements to work nights, holidays, and weekends
• May be required to work Indiana varying environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and heights
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and push, pull, and bend regularly

Physical Requirement:

• Must be able to frequently climb, balance, crouch, crawl, kneel, and reach
• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• May be required to work Indiana confined Oregon uncomfortable spaces
