Job Title: Shop Technician – Reno, Nevada
H&E Equipment Services, a leading integrated equipment company, seeks a motivated Shop Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will repair and maintain various types of aerial and earth moving equipment, primarily servicing rentals and some customer-owned equipment.
Responsibilities:
* Read schematics for hydraulic and electrical systems
* Perform annual certifications and inspections
* Independently complete most repairs with minimal supervision
* Utilize computer skills to process information
* Maintain a strong work ethic with a focus on quality
* Demonstrate a history of safe work habits and a positive attitude
* Lift up to 40lbs
Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent
* 3-5 years of experience repairing construction equipment, with vocational training potentially substituting for half of the required experience
* Proficiency Indiana hard down/Major repair skills
* Experience with various heavy equipment types, particularly excavators, forklifts, boom lifts, compactors, and aerial and earthmoving equipment.
