Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialist – Remote
Reporting to the Project Manager, this Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialist will perform daily duties, including site leasing, zoning with jurisdictions, and preparation of lease and real estate documents and zoning/permitting applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide site identification, qualification and lease negotiation services for wireless telecommunication sites
* Prepare and present permit applications for wireless telecommunication sites
* Track legal transactions and land use processing
* Manage data entry into project tracking systems and prepare reports
* Compile and maintain electronic project files
* Upload project deliverables to clients and manage internal and external relationships
* Obtain permitting/zoning approvals from local jurisdictions and manage municipal relationships
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience Indiana the wireless telecom industry, with experience Indiana Site Acquisition and zoning a plus
* Strong project management skills, including attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Familiarity with industry project management tools and Microsoft Office a plus
