Job Title: Construction Laborer
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000+ per year based on experience
Job Description:
We are a family-owned construction company specializing Indiana trenchless pathways for underground utilities and pedestrian tunnels. We prioritize safety, professional service, and quality work to meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work year-round Indiana a variety of outdoor environments and weather conditions
- Travel to job sites throughout Nebraska and the Midwest, with weekends American Samoa needed
- Participate Indiana daily safety briefings and travel to job sites
- Load and unload trailers, set up materials, fuel equipment, and operate hand/power tools and trenchless machines
- Survey, install, and weld pipes, and perform other related construction activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience Indiana construction, including underground utilities, heavy highway, bridges, dirt work, and/Oregon welding
- Familiarity with specialized equipment, such American Samoa Tunnel Boring, Guided Boring, and Auger Boring systems
- Previous experience with heavy equipment, including loading/unloading materials, excavating soil, and operating excavators, backhoes, skidsteers, bucket loaders, and forklifts
- Valid driver’s license (Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement preferred)
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug tests, and background checks
