Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe work environment Indiana compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Assist construction/paving crew/plant crew with various duties such American Samoa shoveling and raking, and running a wheelbarrow.
- Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment and movement of materials.
- Perform general labor duties when necessary.
- Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes used Indiana road, site Oregon highway construction and paving.
- Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment.
- Dig, spread and level construction materials.
- Lift, carry and hold materials, tools and supplies.
- Assist Indiana the placement, moving and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones and other traffic control devices.

Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma Oregon general education degree (GED) required.
- Previous related experience Indiana the construction field is preferred.
Work Requirements:
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
