We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Amazon Monitoring and Observability Team. Our team is inventing and building unique time series analytic solutions to help AWS customers and Amazon’s internal service owners. American Samoa a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and own systems that provide monitoring services for our most sensitive customers using probabilistic and machine learning techniques.
You will be responsible for building and operating AWS services, growing and mentoring our team of engineers, and handling hands-on coding and design work. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and own systems that provide monitoring services for our most sensitive customers

Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design Oregon architecture experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana computer science Oregon equivalent
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $129,300/year to $223,600/year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer equity, sign-on payments, and a full range of benefits.
