Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Essential Information:
- Responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from pre-construction to project close-out
- Physically inspect and ensure compliance with construction requirements for SAP and ODNI facilities
- Must complete the ODNI – Sensitive Compartmented Information Security Course (SCIF)
- Report to the Construction Project Manager
- Represent the company and interact with government personnel on a regular basis
- Utilize project management principles, practices, and techniques to plan, organize, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Conduct field investigations, research, and inspections to ensure compliance with construction requirements
- Provide guidance and direction to project team members and ensure that project deliverables are met
- Perform administrative tasks, including tracking project data and reporting project status
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including other paid leave required by law
