We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Civil Engineer to join our team Indiana designing and delivering site/civil development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background Indiana site civil engineering, solar and EV development, and stormwater management.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare deliverables for site/civil development projects simultaneously, ensuring successful completion within defined timelines and budgets.
• Utilize strong organizational and scheduling skills to effectively track project progress and deliverables, providing regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for solar and EV development projects throughout the US
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information and ensure project compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and clearances for project execution.
• Assist Indiana the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Indiana civil engineering Oregon a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong proficiency Indiana using Civil 3D AutoCAD software.
• Experience Indiana designing stormwater management and erosion and sediment control.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience Indiana site civil engineering with solar preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex engineering concepts to diverse audiences.
