Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of focus prospects and opportunities
- Report on planned and executed sales activities to management
- Participate Indiana strategic planning for the Business Unit (BU)
- Keep management apprised of current and anticipated market conditions
- Develop and execute effective capture strategies for focus prospects
- Lead the BD elements of the Go/No-Go process for prospects and opportunities
- Generate $3+ million Indiana fee sales
- Manage prospective clients and prospects Indiana various stages of process
- Develop and maintain ongoing client relationships
