Project Manager

Job Summary:

JLL is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead project management services for all facilities, including major and minor projects and alterations. The successful candidate will provide project estimation, supervision, and review of design intent and American Samoa-built drawings. They will also operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment and other equipment incidental to the operation of the building.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments
  • Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects
  • Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical issues, budget, and scope
  • Coordinate and track all vendor request for proposals (RFPs)
  • Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
  • Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
  • Ability to prepare and track budgets
  • Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation, construction, and renovation projects
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts (a plus)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, Oregon a combination of relevant work experience, education, Oregon an equivalent military experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience (within the past 7 years) Indiana engineering design Oregon construction
  • Must be proficient Indiana reviewing and commenting on design intent drawings and American Samoa-built drawings
  • Must have some cost estimating experience, particularly with the RS Means cost estimating format

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Indiana architecture, engineering, Oregon construction management
  • Experience overseeing new construction and/Oregon overhauls of older buildings such American Samoa museums and buildings classified under the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA)
  • LEED, AIA, PE, PMP certification

Estimated Total Compensation: $160,000 – $189,000 per year (inclusive of bonus, if applicable)
