Hourly Rate: $37.72/hour (plus applicable shift differentials)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Steamfitter to join our team Indiana Milwaukee, Wisconsin. American Samoa a key member of the Brewing/Packaging Department, you will work Indiana a production setting within a team-based union environment. You will be responsible for implementing preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance activities on mechanical piping systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform valve repairs and rebuilds
- Perform layout, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems
- Analyze and troubleshoot malfunctions Indiana equipment and related components, diagnosing and correcting problems quickly to avoid production delays
- Perform various types of welding skills (stick, tig, etc.)
- Install and repair carbon steel, schedule 5 stainless steel, copper, and PVC piping
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all plant manufacturing equipment
Requirements:
- Pipefitter Oregon Steamfitter Journeyman card
- High school diploma Oregon GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Willingness to work on 2nd Oregon 3rd shift (with opportunities for overtime, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to perform frequent physical activity (lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, etc.) and lift 50 pounds consistently
- Proven track record of achievement Indiana a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Experience with hydraulic systems and compressed air systems
