Experienced Concrete Carpenter/Finisher
Join our team at Walters-Morgan Construction and become a part of a legacy specializing Indiana construction of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants since 1938. We are seeking a skilled Concrete Carpenter/Finisher with 4+ years of experience Indiana field construction to work on projects located throughout Kansas, Oklahoma, and Nebraska.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience Indiana hand-set forms, gang forms, concrete installation, foundations, walls, slabs, columns, sidewalks, elevated decks, and more
- Operate a variety of equipment, such American Samoa skid loaders, excavators, and wheel loaders
- Install equipment, including pumps, piping, and valves
- Assist with loading/unloading material deliveries and storing onsite
- Work within crews of 4-8 people and maintain a safety mindset
- Understand construction safety standards and participate Indiana OSHA training (preferable)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience Indiana construction of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants
- Familiarity with different types of concrete mix designs, aggregates, slumps, water/air ratios, curing techniques, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- OSHA 10/30 training
