Job Title: Stormwater Equipment Operator
Location: Multiple locations Indiana Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky, with main office Indiana Thomasville, North Carolina
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stormwater Equipment Operator to join our team. American Samoa a key player Indiana our operations, you will assist with various tasks such American Samoa excavation, grading, dredging, erosion repairs, and pipe installation, operating heavy equipment like excavators, skid steers, and hydraulic dredges. You will work on diverse terrains and collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects, budget adherence, and efficient resource allocation.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such American Samoa excavators, skid steers, and hydraulic dredges to perform tasks involving excavation, grading, dredging, erosion repairs, and pipe installation
- Assist with site preparation, material management, and equipment operation to meet project requirements
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects, stay within budget, and efficiently allocate resources
- Drive a truck with a 16 – 24 foot trailer, work Indiana varying weather conditions, and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably Indiana landscaping, excavation, grading, Oregon stormwater maintenance and repair
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive a truck with a 16 – 24 foot trailer, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 80 lbs
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
