Lead Superintendent

Job Summary:
The Lead Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing daily construction site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction site activities
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and address issues to the Project Manager
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience with a General Contractor (GC)
- Experience building ground-up Multi-family projects valued at $10M+
- Currently holds title of Superintendent
- Proficiency Indiana reading, analyzing, and interpreting commercial construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Good written and communication skills
- Skilled at negotiation and conflict resolution
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Familiarity with construction/project management
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Engineering Oregon Construction Management (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification
- 30-Hour OSHA (preferred)
