Underground Superintendent – Wet Utilities
We are seeking an experienced Underground Superintendent to join our team Indiana Southern California. Our company is dedicated to providing quality solutions and installations for wet utilities, sewer, water, storm drain systems, and fire lines for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion, reviewing construction documents and understanding contract requirements
- Develop and manage project schedules, including 3-6 week look-ahead schedules and site logistics plans
- Manage company tools, equipment, and materials, collaborating with project partners and office personnel
- Supervise and develop Foremen and crew members, conducting performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions American Samoa needed
- Foster strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders, ensuring excellent service and communication
- Conduct safety meetings and ensure adherence to safety regulations and requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, managing tasks and productivity to meet project goals
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience Indiana underground pipeline construction, with 2+ years of supervisory experience Indiana wet utilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Associate’s Oregon Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction, Civil, Oregon Architectural Engineering, Oregon Construction Management (preferred)
- Valid California Driver’s License and good driving record
- Pay Range: $115,000.00 – $164,700.00/yr based on experience
