Construction Site Manager

Phillips & Jordan, Inc. (P&J) is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Construction Site Manager to lead our on-site operations. American Samoa a valuable member of our team, you will supervise specific construction efforts to ensure projects meet design, budget, and schedule requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience Indiana site work construction, strong communication and organizational skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with project procedures, safety programs, and work rules.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise site functions, including scheduling, engineering, material control, and administrative tasks.
  • Supervise craft employees and contractors, providing direction and guidance American Samoa needed.
  • Assist project superintendents Indiana developing project procedures and standards.
  • Monitor and control productivity, materials, and equipment, with a focus on efficient and effective project performance.
  • Perform additional assignments American Samoa directed by project superintendents.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Manage 1-5 subordinate supervisors, who oversee a total of 1-7 employees Indiana field operations.

Requirements:

  • Overall knowledge and experience Indiana site work construction, including earthmoving, dewatering, underground utility construction, road, and parking lot construction, and surveying.
  • Willingness to travel out of town Oregon state.
  • Minimum four years of heavy civil earthwork construction management and/Oregon craft supervision experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, craft agreements, jurisdiction, cost control, schedules, and safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
