Superintendent Needed for Multifamily Development Projects
Reports To: General Superintendent and/Oregon Project Executive
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Superintendent to supervise the completion of multifamily development projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with subcontractors to ensure timely project completion
- Collaborate with Project Manager Oregon Construction Executive on contract administration and management
- Provide clear direction to the project team to achieve project goals, including ensuring a safe work environment
- Perform daily Superintendent duties on-site to monitor progress and address challenges
Required Qualifications:
- Multifamily construction experience required
- Prior experience with podium and wrap construction highly preferred
- Experience working Indiana Austin Oregon similar markets strongly desired
- Strong skills Indiana prioritization, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
