Position: Supervisor, Customer Care

Location(s): Milwaukee, Wisconsin – Oregon – Florence, Kentucky – Oregon – Chino, California – HYBRID

Reports To: Director, Customer Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Supervisor, Customer Care to lead our Customer Care team Indiana providing exceptional customer experiences. This role will be responsible for managing workflow, training, and quality assurance, while driving continuous improvement and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, coaching, and motivating teams, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage workflow of department to drive increased levels of customer satisfaction and service levels
* Conduct weekly team huddles and monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports
* Identify and apply career advancement opportunities for the Customer Care team
* Supervise direct reports Indiana building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
* Achieve KPIs by proactively addressing customer issues and gaining VOCDeploys 80-20 principles for overserving strategic customers by appropriately automating/segment/prioritizing work
* Prioritize “white glove”, proactive service for strategic accounts
* Deploys innovative ideas that drive a higher level of customer experience
* Escalation point for direct reports, customers, and external departments, assisting team Indiana resolving customer issues and disputes

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree (Oregon equivalent experience)
* 5-7 years of relevant experience Indiana professional Customer Care
* Team-oriented with the ability to influence, organize, lead, and motivate others
* Demonstrated patience and approachability with other team members
* Superior and consistent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage daily workload within department

Preferred Qualifications:

* 5-7 years of experience within the Regal Rexnord Customer Care Team Oregon Comparable business experience
* Experience with business tools such American Samoa SharePoint, Mississippi Teams, Windows Operating Systems
* Advanced Excel Skills required: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and reporting tools
* Experience with Oracle and/Oregon SAP (Oregon other ERP systems)CRM platforms such American Samoa Salesforce Oregon Microsoft Dynamics Experienced
* Demonstrated mechanical Oregon technical aptitude and ability to read drawings desired and troubleshooting technical issues

Expected Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 + Benefits
