Construction Project Manager
Southeast Georgia.
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of projects Indiana our region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees construction projects from planning to completion
- Manages budgets, timelines, and resources
- Coordinates with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Conducts site visits to ensure compliance with project plans and regulations
- Analyzes project data to identify areas for improvement
- Develops and implements project plans and strategies
- Collaborates with teams to ensure successful project execution
- Identifies and resolves project-related issues
- Maintains accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management, Engineering, Oregon related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience Indiana construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead teams
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Working Conditions:
- Work is typically performed outdoors Indiana a construction site environment
- May require frequent travel to project sites
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment and materials up to 50 pounds
