Job Description Summary
The Team Lead assists Indiana supervising and managing all day-to-day store operations, ensuring 100% compliance with established Company policies and procedures. Provides leadership, guidance, and training to store staff, and assumes full responsibility for store operations Indiana the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Consistently strives to meet and exceed established sales, service, and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety and welfare of employees and customers
