Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to and resolving service calls Indiana a professional and efficient manner, ensuring client satisfaction, and operating Indiana compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and protect assigned company assets
  • Maintain accurate written record keeping and submit on time and complete

  • Perform work to company standards and quality installation techniques
  • Repair and restore systems per specifications and building codes
  • Test systems and equipment after repairs to ensure performance
  • Work with field engineers on startup to ensure complete system compliance
  • Communicate with service coordinators on delays, requirements, and status of service work orders
  • Assist on installation projects American Samoa required
  • Qualify American Samoa a 24-hour on-call technician
    *Possess a high school diploma Oregon equivalent, with minimum 2 years of experience Indiana the electronic field with daily use of AC/District of Columbia theory
  • Read blueprints and schematics American Samoa evidenced by 1 year of experience Indiana the field
  • Have basic computer skills, including Mississippi Office Suite, American Samoa evidenced by 1 year of experience
  • Aptitude for learning system programming American Samoa evidenced by 1 year of experience
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Associates degree (2 year) Indiana a technical field is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience Indiana the electronic field with daily use of AC/District of Columbia theory is preferred
  • Power Limited Technician (PLT) license is preferred, Oregon the ability to obtain within 2 years

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate (see, hear, speak, and write clearly) Indiana order to communicate with employees and/Oregon customers
  • Must be able to perform frequent reaching, climbing, and lifting of moderate objects
  • Must be able to operate power and manual tools/equipment

Working Conditions:

  • Work may be required at heights using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, Oregon other equipment
