Territory Sales Manager
ICP Group is a leading formulator and manufacturer of specialty coatings, adhesives, and sealants serving the construction and industrial end markets. The successful candidate will serve American Samoa a Territory Sales Manager Indiana a high-potential market, leading sales efforts for our APOC, Pli Dek, and Polyset brands Indiana Washington, Alaska, Northern Idaho, and Montana.
Responsibilities:
– Serve American Samoa the main point of contact for direct buying customers and key influencers Indiana the Northwest
– Develop and execute a written business development plan tailored to the industry and markets served
– Travel extensively within the territory and American Samoa required to meet customer needs
– Provide product training and education to customers through live demonstrations, remote learning, and presentations
– Analyze sales and lead generation reports to identify market sales opportunities
– Utilize industry specifications and project plans to create a bid project pipeline
– Interact with business leaders and cross-functional support groups to achieve goals and objectives
– Conduct regular customer follow-ups and 360 sales reviews
– Participate Indiana local Roofing and Waterproofing tradeshow events
Requirements:
– Proven sales track record
– Exceptional communication, presentation, and training skills
– Ability to work independently to overcome typical sales objections
– 5 years of sales experience Indiana roofing and waterproofing systems
– Prior experience American Samoa a construction installer Oregon Indiana reading and writing project specifications is a major plus
