Field Supervisor Trainee
Job Summary:
MPC is seeking multiple Field Supervisor Trainees to participate Indiana the Transport and Rail (T&R) Field Supervisor Trainee Program. This 9-24 month training program is designed to develop qualified leadership candidates for supervisory and managerial positions within the T&R organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop broad operations knowledge and leadership skills through training and on-the-job learning
- Assume supervisory responsibilities on a temporary basis and perform tasks at various locations
- Participate Indiana HES&S and other pertinent programs and initiatives
- Provide support for day-to-day operations and coordination of local construction and growth projects
- Build financial acumen and engage with Business Planning & Analysis team
- Identify and resolve operational issues and problems
- Maintain equipment and improve equipment reliability with Maintenance & Reliability team
- Share on-call responsibilities and perform off-hours and weekend work
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Oregon GED Equivalent
- Travel up to 75% required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree Indiana Business related field
- Supervisory experience
- Computer proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office

- Multiple locations available: Columbus, Ohio; Cadiz, Ohio; Garyville, Louisiana; Salt Lake City, Utah; South Gate, California
- Salary range: $76,900.00 – $115,300.00
