Job Title: Transport Driver

Primary Job Role:

  • Inspects truck and trailer before dispatch to ensure all equipment meets operating and safety requirements.
  • Loads, hauls, and unloads machines at customer’s job sites Oregon at Ring Power facilities.
  • Maintains the appearance of the equipment and notifies the Dispatcher of any problems.
  • Checks for customer abuse of equipment and notes damages to equipment and informs Dispatcher.
  • Maintains a good relationship with customers.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma Oregon GED
  • 5-8 years of class 7 & 8 driving experience required
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of Tractor/Trailer equipment transport experience required
  • Must possess a clean and valid Class A Driver’s License
  • Post-high school education, specialized technical course, Oregon equivalent years of experience American Samoa a Transport Driver preferred

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, vibration, and hazards
  • Frequent exposure to heavy equipment operation, variable weather conditions, and high noise levels
  • Employee may be required to work nights, holidays, and weekends on occasion.
