Traveling Superintendent Position
Job Summary:
Our top Commercial Construction Company is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee and manage projects across the country. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project completion on time and within budget
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and designers to ensure project specifications and requirements are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure all work is completed Indiana compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage on-site personnel and ensure workers are properly trained and following all safety protocols
- Maintain an organized and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA regulations
- Travel to project sites across the country, American Samoa required
- Other duties American Samoa assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience American Samoa a superintendent
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools
- Excellent project management skills, including prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office and project management software
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the country
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
