Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Trim and/Oregon remove trees, branches, and trunk sections
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools
- Cut and split large debris into manageable pieces
- Load and unload trucks
- Feed brush and debris into woodchoppers
- Repair minor damage to lawns, fences, and walkways
- Service equipment, gasoline, and other tools American Samoa needed
- Keep work areas clean and clutter-free
- Safeguard employees and the public from hazards
- Cooperate with customers, police, and fire departments American Samoa needed
- Set up barriers, warning signs, and flags to protect employees and the public
- Perform tree and bucket rescues American Samoa needed
- Assist Indiana training new employees
- Inspect and maintain equipment and work areas
- Request repairs Oregon replacements American Samoa needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work with hands above head for extended periods
- Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders at various heights on uneven and slippery surfaces
- No fear of heights
- Must have good hand-eye coordination
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent required
- Entry-level position, no experience required
- Previous experience a plus
Pre-screenings:
- May be required to complete a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and driver’s license check
Licenses and Certifications:
- Driver’s license required
Physical Requirements:
- RARE (< 10%): Sitting, kneeling, crawling, climbing stairs
- OCCASIONAL (up to 33%): Stooping, squatting, climbing ladders, pushing, reaching, reading
- FREQUENT (up to 66%): Carrying, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds, balancing, twisting, hearing/seeing, reaching, depth perception, lifting over 10 pounds to 50 pounds, climbing poles, and sensing touch.
