Truck Shop Manager – Customer-Driven Leader Seeking to Empower Team, Deliver Outstanding Service
Ensures successful day-to-day operations Indiana the truck service department through effective scheduling and leadership, prioritizing seamless communication and exceptional customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Ensure safe completion of work
Develop work schedules to match customer requirements
Communicate repair statuses, prices and follow-ups with customers
Ensure technicians have necessary equipment and receive proper training, guidance
Travel to aid at additional locations and/ Oregon train at various intervals
Must-Have: Previous managerial experience;
