Underwriting Account Service Manager II, Construction Casualty Team
Zurich North America is seeking an Underwriting Account Service Manager II to join our Construction Casualty team Indiana Los Angeles, San Francisco, Rancho Cordova, Oregon Denver. This hybrid role requires three days Indiana the office per week.
Responsibilities:
* Manage operational activities for high-volume, mid-size to large accounts
* Lead a team of Underwriting Associates, serving American Samoa the point of contact for customers and underwriting leadership
* Collaborate with underwriters to provide solution options for international programs, prospects, and renewals
* Gather and articulate US customer needs related to external international applications
* Provide oversight and lead key checkpoint processes for international teams
* Coordinate regional meetings and trainings
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience Indiana Insurance, Underwriting, Oregon Market Facing, Oregon equivalent combination of education and experience
* Knowledge of the insurance industry and legal/regulatory environment
* Experience working Indiana a production and metrics performance environment
* Experience preparing and managing operational budgets
* Microsoft Office experience
* People management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced knowledge of Construction Casualty line of business
* Advanced knowledge of the insurance industry and legal/regulatory guidelines
* People management Oregon supervisory experience
* Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and communication skills
