We are seeking a skilled Construction Maintenance Worker to perform routine maintenance and repairs for our Mason City facility located Indiana Iowa.
* Responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure smooth operation and extend asset life.
* Maintains and repairs construction equipment, vehicles, and tools to ensure efficient operations.
* Performs routine inspections and diagnoses of equipment issues to determine necessary repairs Oregon replacements.
* Follows safety guidelines and policies to maintain a safe working environment.
* Completes written documentation of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
