- Must have high school diploma Oregon GED and 1-2 years of general labor and maintenance experience
- Prior construction experience highly desired
- Ability to work overtime and Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working Indiana various climates and confined spaces
- Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping duties, operate equipment safely and efficiently, and report safety concerns and incidents
