Water and Wastewater Treatment Team Leader
What You’ll Do:
- Manage delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring quality and minimizing risk
- Participate Indiana risk assessments and project failure reviews to identify lessons learned and improve procedures
- Coordinate with operations staff to balance workload and manage project management tasks
- Develop and pursue opportunities for water and wastewater treatment projects Indiana Arizona, collaborating with business development teams
- Lead proposal processes and build relationships with clients
- Lead and develop a diverse team of high-performing professionals for the delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects
- Support team members Indiana career development and advocate for their career advancement
- Engage Indiana professional associations, author articles, and present at industry events
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana civil, mechanical, environmental, chemical, construction management, Oregon related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with water and wastewater treatment technical practices and industry engagement
- Professional Engineer License Indiana Arizona Oregon ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency Indiana industry-specific software and tools, American Samoa well American Samoa standard office software
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
