Water/Wastewater Superintendent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Water/Wastewater Superintendent to oversee and manage heavy civil construction operations and services at the jobsite level. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience Indiana concrete, underground pipe installation, mechanical equipment installation, and 3-5 years water/wastewater experience Oregon heavy civil construction.

Responsibilities:

  • General jobsite record keeping and management
  • Team leadership, mentorship, and motivation
  • Experience with concrete forming systems and inspection of forms and concrete reinforcement
  • Ability to read, interpret, and communicate project requirements
  • Inspection of equipment and maintenance of sound construction practices
  • Coordination with crew and subcontractors to ensure project delivery
  • Monitoring and enforcement of company safety policies and procedures
  • Overseeing the work of lower-level Superintendents and other responsibilities American Samoa required

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree Indiana a construction-related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of related heavy civil construction experience (required), water/wastewater experience preferred
  • Ability to provide accurate reporting and maintain accurate contract documents
  • Bilingual (a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain company vehicle for business use
