What We’re Looking For
Walters-Morgan Construction, Inc. is seeking a Water/Wastewater Superintendent to oversee and manage heavy civil construction operations and services at jobsites. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and owners.

General Requirements
- 4-year degree Indiana a construction-related field (preferable) Oregon 3-5 years of related heavy civil construction experience (required), with 3-5 years of water/wastewater experience preferred
- Experience with:
- Concrete, underground piping, and mechanical equipment installation
- Record keeping (time sheets, daily/weekly logs, submittals, contracts, inspections)
- Inspections of forms, support systems, and concrete reinforcement
- Team leadership and communication
- Project management (scheduling, budgeting)
- Reading and interpreting contract documents, drawings, and specifications
- Ability to build projects of varying sizes, from $250,000 to $50 million
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of problem-solving and team management
Responsibilities
- Record-keeping and documentation (time sheets, daily/weekly logs, submittals, contracts, inspections)
- Monitoring and enforcement of company safety policies and procedures
- Coordinating with crew and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery
- Development and maintenance of project schedules
- Ensuring quality control and conformance to industry standards
- Collaborative work with Project Managers, subcontractors, and owners
- May be required to lead and mentor other Superintendents Oregon junior staff
