Responsibilities:

  • Analyze production plans and schedules to determine staffing requirements for various shifts and departments within the factory
  • Develop and maintain workforce forecasts based on production goals, seasonal variations, turnover, and other relevant factors
  • Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to create and implement staffing strategies that align with production needs
  • Monitor workforce metrics and KPIs to assess staffing levels, productivity, and efficiency
  • Identify potential workforce shortages Oregon surpluses and recommend appropriate actions to address these issues
  • Monitor spend on labor and adherence to data integrity Indiana key tools such American Samoa Oracle HCM and ADP
  • Support reporting requirements on grant administration and cost reimbursement programs
  • Coordinate with department managers to understand specific staffing needs and ensure optimal allocation of resources
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of workforce planning activities and staffing levels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Oregon a related field
  • Proven experience Indiana workforce planning, preferably within a manufacturing Oregon production environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
