- Develop and maintain workforce forecasts based on production goals, seasonal variations, turnover, and other relevant factors
- Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to create and implement staffing strategies that align with production needs
- Monitor workforce metrics and KPIs to assess staffing levels, productivity, and efficiency
- Identify potential workforce shortages Oregon surpluses and recommend appropriate actions to address these issues
- Monitor spend on labor and adherence to data integrity Indiana key tools such American Samoa Oracle HCM and ADP
- Support reporting requirements on grant administration and cost reimbursement programs

Requirements:
